As for Panam being left alone we’ll maybe I identified with V a bit too much. As for the no cure part: hated it, you’ll see why. Their members were being kidnapped and the Raffen Shiv were all up in their biz. But if you fail to get through the goons in the Arasaka Tower and you end up dying, you won't respawn and the credits will roll. Sure some people died and that’s not good but if it wasn’t for V who knows where the Aldecaldos would be. V eventually successfully uploads the "Alt" and connects to Mikoshi - this will either lead to the sun or the temperance ending. You'll be given an option of asking Rogue, Panam, or Hanako for help - the trick is to not do anything, just wait for 5 minutes straight and Johnny will offer to go with him and storm the Arasaka Tower. In this ending, both Johnny and V decide to go on a suicide run and storm the Arasaka Tower by barging through the front door. Once you're inside of Mikoshi, walk over the bridge as Johnny.Take the happy pills (pseudoendotrizine).Finish "Blistering Love" side job - make sure to pick the right dialogue during the "Chippin in" quest: "A hard road, but looks like we made it." and "Johnny, no need to bear your soul to me.".Who knows, the point of this ending is to let the player decide what happens! After some time passes, Johnny finally finds out that V has like 6 months of life left - if you let V take Johnny's body, then you are rewarded with the "Night City Legend" status.
